Magalen moka kacang

Bahan roti:
  • 1 resep bagelen klasik
  • 1 sendok teh moka pasta
  • 2 sendok makan susu cair untuk olesan

Bahan olesan:
  • 50 gram margarin
  • 75 gram selai kacang krimi
  • 20 gram gula tepung

Cara membuat:
1. Roti: kempiskan adonan. Timbang masing-masing 25 gram. Bentuk bulat. Diamkan 10 menit.
2. Pipihkan adonan. Bentuk oval. Diamkan 60 menit sampai mengembang.
3. Oles susu cair. Oven 10 menit dengan suhu 190 derajat Celsius.
4. Angkat dan dinginkan. Belart dua. Angin-anginkan.
5. Olesan: kocok bahan olesan sampai lembut.
6. Oles di ke dua sisi bagian roti dengan bahan olesan. Letakkan di loyang tanpa dioles margarin.
7. Oven lagi 90 menit dengan suhu 100 derajat Celsius.

* 1 teaspoon of mocha paste

* 2 tablespoons for sprinkling liquid milk


Spreads:

* 50 grams of margarine

* 75 grams of peanut butter crime

* 20 grams of sugar flour


Method:
1. Bread: kempiskan dough. Each weigh 25 grams. Spherical shape. Let stand 10 minutes.
2. Pipihkan dough. Oval shape. Let stand 60 minutes until fluffy.
3. Rub liquid milk. Oven 10 minutes with a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius.

5. Spreads: spreads whipped until soft.
6. Rub on both sides of bread with spreads. Place on baking sheet without dioles margarine.
7. Again 90 minutes with the oven temperature 100 degrees Celsius.
