Kue Kurma Rempah


Kue Kurma Rempah

Bahan :
• 175 gram tepung terigu berprotein rendah
• 25 gram tepung maizena
• ¼ sdt bumbu lapis legit
• 125 gram butter
• 100 gram gula bubuk, ayak
• 25 gram gula palem
• 25 gram susu bubuk
• 2 kuning telur
• ¼ sdt esens vanili
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• 150 gram kurma tanpa biji, potong dadu kecil
• 100 gram kacang tanah, sangria. Kupas, hancurkan
• Bumbu lapis legit

Cara Membuat :
1. Ayak tepung terigu, teung meizena, dan bumbu lapis legit. Sisihkan.
2. Kocok butter, gula bubuk. Gula palem, susu bubuk, vanili dan garam hingga mengembang. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok hingga rata.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu ayak. Aduk rata. Masukkan kurma dan kacang tanah, aduk rata.
4. Bulat – bulatkan adonan menggunakan dua buah sendok makan.
5. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan.
6. Simpan dalam toples kedap udara

• ¼ teaspoon seasoning layer legit
• 125 grams butter
• 100 grams of powdered sugar, sieve
• 25 grams of sugar palm
• 25 grams of milk powder
• 2 egg yolks
• ¼ tsp vanilla essence
• ¼ tsp fine salt
• 150 grams of dates without seeds, cut into small dice
• 100 grams of peanuts, sangria. Peel, crush
• Seasonings layer legit

How to Make:
1. Sift flour, teung meizena, and spice layers legit. Set aside.
2. Beat butter, powdered sugar. Brown sugar, powdered milk, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Enter the egg yolks, beat until blended.
3. Enter a flour sifter. Stir well. Enter the dates and peanuts and stir well.
4. Round - round it off batter using two spoons to eat.
5. Bake in hot oven until cooked. Remove, let cool.
6. Store in an airtight jar
