Kue Kaastengels


Kue Kaastengels

Bahan :
300 gr butter
2 kuning telur
50 ml fresh cream
125 gr keju parmesan/edam
125 gr keju parut
500 gr terigu
25 gr maizena
25 gr susu bubuk
1 sdt baking powder

Olesan :
Keju untuk tabur secukupnya

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok butter hingga mengembang dan pucat, tambahkan telur kocok dan aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan fresh cream dan parutan keju, aduk rata
3. Masukan campuran terigu dan maizena, aduk perlahan hingga semua tercampur rata
4. Cetak adonan sesuai selera, menggunakan cookie cutter, digulung menyerupai batang atau dipilin membentuk huruf U.
5. Susun diatas loyang, olesi permukaannya , taburi dengan parutan keju
6. Panggang di oven dgn suhu 150°C selama 20 menit, dan dilanjutkan 20 kemudian dgn suhu 100 C
7. Angkat dan dinginkan, simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
