Kue Sagu Keju


Kue Sagu Keju

Bahan :
• 200 gram margarine
• 100 gram gula bubuk
• 1btr telur
• 1 kuning telur
• 100 gram keju edam, parut dan jemur sebentar
• 50 gram keju cedar parut
• 250 gram tepung sagu
• 50 gram tepung terigu

Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius, Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine.
2. Kocok margarine bersama gula bubuk hingga lembut, masukkan telur dan kuning telur sambil terus dikocok hingga merata dan lembut.
3. Masukkan keju edam, keju cheddar, tepung sagu, dan tepung terigu, aduk rata.
4. Gunakan spuit bintang dan plastik segitiga untuk mencetak kue, bentuk lingkaran kecil, semprot langsung ke Loyang, beri jarak.
5. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit, dinginkan
6. Simpan dalam toples kedap udara.
