Kue Lapis Coklat




Kue Lapis Coklat

Bahan :
• 200 gram margarine
• 250 gram gula halus/ bubuk
• 3 butir telur
• Esens lemon secukupnya
• Margarine 275 gram tepung terigu
• 5 gram maezena

Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius, siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine, sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarine dengan gula halus hingga lembut, masukkan telur dan kocok hingga merata.
3. Masukkan esens lemon, tepung terigu, dan maizena, aduk rata.
4. Ambil sendok teh, bentuk bulan sabit dan tata di Loyang lalu panggang selama 15 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Celupkan setengah bagian kue cokelat dan diamkan hingga cokelat mengeras.

Chocolate Layer Cake

Material:
• 200 grams of margarine
• 250 grams of powdered sugar / powder
• 3 eggs
• essences of lemon to taste
• 275 grams wheat flour Margarine
• 5 grams maezena

How to Make:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare a flat baking pan, spread with margarine, set aside.
2. Beat butter with powdered sugar until soft, put the eggs and beat until evenly distributed.
3. Enter the essences of lemon, flour, and cornstarch and stir well.
4. Take a teaspoon, form the crescent and grammar in pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
5. Dip half of the chocolate cake and let stand until chocolate hardens.
