Kue Makaroon Cokelat

Bahan :
• 225 gram margarine
• 125 gram gula pasir halus (kastor)
• 50 gram gula palem 2 butir telur
• 2 sdm susu bubuk
• 125 gram tepung terigu
• 1 sdt soda kue
• 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk
• 175 gram havermouth
• 75 gram kelapa parut kering

Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan oven dengan temperature 1 CO derajat celcius, siapkan Loyang pipih. Olesi dengan sedikit margarine, sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarine bersama gula pasir dan gula palem hingga lembut masukkan telur dan terus kocok hingga merata dan lembut.
3. Masukkan susu bubuk, tepung terigu, soda kue, dan kayumanis bubuk, aduk rata, tambahkan havermouth dan kelapa parut kering, aduk rata.
4. Cetak dengan sendok makan dan panggang selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat.
5. Hilangkan uap panasnya, setelah dingin simpan dalam toples.
