Kue Kacang Besta Cokelat ( Besta Chocolate Nut Cake )

Kue Kacang Besta Cokelat

Bahan :
• 500 gram kacang tanah

Besta :
• 350 ml air
• 250 gram gula pasih
• 15 gram cokelat bubuk, larutan dala 50 ml air panas
• ½ sdt garam halus ½ sdt vanili bubuk
• 30 ml susu kental manis cokelat
• 15 gram mentega

Cara Membuat :
1. Sangria kacang hingga kering dan matang, angkat.
2. Pindahkan kacang ke atas lap kering yang bersih, lipat, gosokkan pelan di antara kain hingga kulit kacang terkelupas. Sisihkan.
3. Membuat besta : taruhlah air, gula pasir, larutan coklat garam dan vanili dalam wajan. Aduk rata. Letakkan wajan di atas api sedang, aduk – aduk hingga kental, dan berserabut. Masukkan susu kental manis cokelat dan mentega, aduk rata.
4. Kecilkan api, masukkan kacang di sangria sekaligus, aduk cepat hingga kacang berselimut gula. Matikan api, aduk – aduk terus hingga mongering. Angkat, dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Besta Chocolate Nut Cake

Material:
• 500 grams of peanuts

Besta:
• 350 ml water
• 250 grams of sugar pasih
• 15 grams of brown powder, 50 ml solution of hot water DaLA
• ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
• 30 ml sweetened condensed milk chocolate
• 15 grams butter

How to Make:
1. Sangria beans until crispy and cooked through, remove from heat.
2. Transfer the beans onto a clean dry cloth, folding, gently rub between cloth to exfoliate the skin peanuts. Set aside.
3. Make besta: put water, sugar, salt and vanilla chocolate condensation in a skillet. Stir well. Place skillet over medium heat, stir - stir until thick, and stringy. Enter a chocolate sweetened condensed milk and butter, mix well.
4. Lower the heat, put the beans in sangria at once, stirring quickly until the sugar-covered nuts. Turn off the heat, stir - stirring constantly, until dried. Remove, let cool. Store in an airtight container.
