Kue cornflakes

Kue Cornflakes

Bahan :
• 100 gram mentega
• 100 gram gula bubuk
• 20 gram susu bubuk
• 5 gram sari jeruk bubuk
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• 1 kuning telur
• 1 sdm sirup, jeruk pekat
• ¼ sdt esens jeruk
• 50 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
• 25 gram comflakes, diremas kasar – kasar
• 20 gram sukade, dicincang halus
• 15 gram comflakes, untuk hiasan

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok mentega, gula bubuk, susu bubuk, sari jeruk bubuk dan garam hingga lembut. Masukkan kuning telur, sirup jeruk, dan esens jeruk, kocok hingga rata.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu. Comflakes, dan sukade. Aduk rata.
3. Bulat – bulatkan adonan dengan menggunakan 2 sendok the.
4. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
5. Hiasi atasnya dengan sedikit cornflakes, tekan sedikit agar melekat.

Cornflakes cake

Material:
• 100 grams butter
• 100 grams of powdered sugar
• 20 grams of milk powder
• 5 grams of powdered orange juice
• ¼ tsp fine salt
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon syrup, concentrated orange

How to Make:
